Advent wreath ring

This shiny advent wreath ring has many ways it can be used and displayed. Add color and depth to the candle holder by surrounding it with seasonal greens or small colored ornaments, or set a nativity statue in the center and use the Advent ring as a backdrop for the statue. This advent wreath ring is designed with four candle cups to hold a candle for each Sunday of Advent. Add your own greenery and details around the ring, or use it as a simple, classic design.

The Advent wreath celebration has a long tradition as a family observance. It begins with the blessing of the wreath at the evening meal on the Saturday before the first Sunday of Advent. One by one, a new candle is lit throughout the month of December.

Then, on Christmas Day, the colored candles are replaced with white candles, which are burned until the ceremony concludes with the Feast of Epiphany.
